Order management software tailor-made to meet our agency’s requirements

With this software we can track the progress of your order at all times. It is a highly reliable tool that helps us to smoothly manage your translation jobs and make sure we deliver on time.

In 2008, we managed 4500 projects and translated more than 5,700,000 words in various language combinations.

Translator database

Our database includes over 1500 translators based around the world.
All the translators we work with are tested beforehand and sign a confidentiality agreement.

CAT tools

We use CAT (computer-aided translation) software.

This software creates a memory of translations as they are written. We can then use the memory for subsequent jobs for the same customer in order to automatically find text that has already been translated, or locate modified sections.

CAD and DTP tools

Our software means that we can deliver translated documents with exactly the same layout and format as the original.

We work with both PCs and Macs and use the major DTP programs, such as Quark, Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.

For industrial customers, we can translate directly into AutoCad files.
